T'ahpas 529, located on Franklin Street in Melrose, is a culinary haven for those seeking an authentic Spanish experience. You don’t have to go to the North End for some great Italian dinner! We highly recommend making a reservation. Fried Calamari, Butternut Squash Ravioli, and Frutti Di Mare are the most popular dishes. The Boston Globe aptly describes Giacomo's as a place "where the conversation flows with the wine." Whether you're looking for a cozy spot for date night or a bustling venue for family gatherings, Giacomo's in Melrose is the place to be.

3. Ming’s Seafood

Ming’s Seafood Restaurant is our favorite dim sum place near our Boston area vacation rentals. They offer classic and dim sum dishes such as Pork & Shrimp Dumplings “Siu Mai” and Pan Fried Radish Cake. If you go there for dinner, please try the Salt and Pepper Pork Chop, which is Glendon’s favorite! For dim sum, show up before 10:30am on the weekend, or expect to wait :)

Craving for some pho or spring rolls? Pho Bistro is conveniently located in Malden Center and the service is quick. We never had to wait, even on the weekends.

Oliveira's in Everett is one of the best and affordable Brazilian steakhouse in the area. There are two options: all you can eat or by weight. Unless you can eat more than a couple pounds of meat, we would recommend going for the second option.

Rare Steakhouse has been recognized by Forbes Travel Guide as one of the top steakhouses in Boston.
