We Know our Guests in the House

For all of our well being, we partner with Safely to screen our guests. We kindly ask for your names, date of birth, and address during the booking process. With that, no visitors are allowed to stay overnight.

Our Guests are Informed

Guests will receive a confirmation email after booking. Three days prior to your arrival, you will receive detailed arrival instructions (access code, address, WiFi, etc.) in your email. Please let us know if you did not receive them.

Safety Always Comes First

We kindly ask our guests not to light candles, incense and any type of smoking products. We can not permit smoking, drugs, or vapings in the property, on the front stairs, or adjacent to the building. Guests that can not accept these guidelines will be asked to find more suitable accommodations.

For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have outdoor security cameras & recording devices: Ring Doorbell and Ring Floodlight, located at the front door and facing the driveway. The house is also armed with Ring alarm system, which will be turned off during your stay.

We Love Pets but Cannot Have Them at the Property

For the health and comfort of all of our guests we can not accommodate your furry friends.

We Keep it Sparkling
We ask our guests to help us maintain our cleaning standards. We kindly ask our guests to leave your shoes on the shoe rack or in the shoe closet, and refrain from eating or drinking in the bedrooms.

We Value Peacefulness

We cherish our peaceful environment and so do our guests. Please keep noise to a minimum from 11 PM - 8 AM and upon arrival and departure. No parties, events, and disruptive gatherings are allowed.

Our CheckOut Process is Simple

Checkout should require little effort from our guests. To help with our cleaners and reduce energy waste, we kindly ask our guests to check your belongings and a few reasonable tasks that you can preview here.

Do I Have to Arrive by a Certain Time?
Our check-in process is contactless and provides maximum flexibility. The front door features Schlage keypad lock (no physical key). A unique access code, along with directions, parking, and other check-in instructions will be emailed to you two - three days prior to your arrival.

Guests can check-in at their convenience anytime after 3:00pm and checkout at 11:00am, unless discussed with us in advance.

Do You Provide Daily Turnovers and a Hotel Concierge?

We do not provide daily cleanings. This is your turn-key apartment in Boston! We do not have a concierge but we are available over email and text message to provide assistance in any way needed. We also provide our guests with a welcome booklet and you can find local recommendations on the website.

Do You Accept Monthly Reservations?

We offer short & long term stays. We partner with Pricelab to provide dynamic rates and discounted rates are built into the prices shown on our website. Further discounts may be available for stays longer than 2 months, please email us in these instances.

Do I Need to Bring Towels, Sheets, or Dishware?

No need! Our single family houses are fully furnished and equipped. We also offer no-cost in-unit washer and dryer.
